  • 1. We offer FREE SHIPPING for any order anywhere in Mainland  U.S.A.  and Canada.
  • 2. Once your order has been shipped, please allow 7 - 10 business days  for delivery depending on your location. 
  • 3. We endeavor to fulfill all orders, please be aware that Some Items may not be available at the time of dispatch, particularly during sale or high demand periods like Christmas/New Year. If an item becomes unavailable, we will attempt to locate it at another facility and dispatch it to you as soon as possible. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfill your order.
  • 4. When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.
  • 5. We work hard to protect our customer's personal and financial information from being used in a fraudulent manner. We undertake efforts to verify the security and privacy of all orders. Due to these efforts, most orders take a minimum of 24 hours before being approved for shipment.
  • 6. For security reasons, a signature is required for all deliveries which are over $200.00. If you're not present when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.
  • 7. If delivery is not rearranged or your parcel collected, then it will be returned to our warehouse. Please contact us to arrange re-delivery in these circumstances. You may be responsible for additional delivery charges on any re-delivery.
  • 8. We process and pack your order as soon as its been approved. This means that your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not been processed by our warehouse team.   • 9. Delivery times are estimates only. We will try hard to meet our delivery times but are not responsible for any delayed or unsuccessful deliveries. Sometimes orders may take longer to fulfill and certain services may be removed during our seasonal sales, periods of promotional activity or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather. If your delivery does not arrive when expected, please contact us. Please note that if your delivery does not arrive within 30 days of Dispatch Confirmation you are entitled to a refund.
  • 10. We require correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Box Numbers.
